Red Oven Pizza Bakery – overview

The standard pizza option at any dining complex, Red Oven Pizza Bakery manages to add a little panache to the experience. Its Neapolitan-style pizzas (which are only ordered by the pie instead of by the slice) are cooked in front of your very eyes, in a 900-degree stone-lined oven which takes approximately 90 seconds to do the job. A fairly sizable wine menu helps add a touch of the Old World to the proceedings, as Universal is wont to say, and a take-out window and distinctive red scooter positioned out front for photo ops help add functionality and character to the restaurant.

10:30 am – midnight, Sunday through Thursday; 10:30 am – 1:30 am, Friday and Saturday.
